HTC has released the latest flagship smartphone from the company which is the HTC U11. The U11 comes as the second premium smartphone in the U series which has been introduced this year by the company. Now, we have known that the HTC U11 has been already unveiled in India as well as other countries around the world. However, the phone is left to be launched in Sapphire Blue color in India. Now, the company has informed via Twitter that the HTC U11 will be available for sale in Sapphire Blue color in India from June 24. However, the smartphone will be available for pre-order on June 24 and the open sale will start on a later date in the country.
Talking about the specifications of the smartphone, the HTC U11 is powered by 2.45GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and it comes with 6GB of RAM. The phone packs 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 2000GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the HTC U11 packs a 12-Ultrapixel primary camera on the rear and a 16-megapixel front shooter for selfies. The smartphone comes with a 5.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1440 pixels by 2560 pixels.
Apart from that, the smartphone has been already launched in India at a price of Rs. 51,990 and the smartphones have already been selling in the country through offline as well as online channels. The smartphone runs the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system out of the box. In terms of battery capacity, the smartphone has a 3000mAh non-removable battery. In terms of the announcement of the Sapphire Blue color, it is important to note that the Sapphire Blue variant is just a color change on the smartphone and all the specifications are same as the other variants so the pricing of the Sapphire Blue version should remain the same.
