Hyundai announced today that it’s expanding support for Apple’s CarPlay (and Android Auto) to additional vehicles.

In addition to previously supported vehicles, 2016 Sonata Hybrid, Sonata Plug-in Hybrid, Veloster, and 2015 and 2016 Azera models can now install the free, manual software update via the company’s MyHyundai site.

Alternatively, Hyundai dealerships will offer installation of the update for a fee.

Hyundai also notes that its new 2017 Santa Fe and Santa Fe Sport now come with CarPlay stock, as will the rest of its 2017 models with compatible in-dash systems.

We noted earlier this month that the company announced its latest vehicles with support for CarPlay including 2017 Sonata and Tuscon models. Other models that already support the update include 2015 and 2016 Sonata and Genesis models, 2016 Elantra GT and Tucson models and the 2017 Santa Fe and Santa Fe Sport models.

Hyundai has a video and manuals on how to install the update yourself.
